…The Cause: Over three decades, VYDC has built a community of encouragement and empowerment for thousands of Southeast Asian youth, neighborhood youth in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area.

The Venue: Suite 181 Featuring 3 dance floors, 2 levels, 5 bars, 1000+ capacity and over 20 plush VIP booths.

The Hosts: AADP, Asianweek Foundation, Adrenaline, Beyond, Century, FK, Level 7, Liquid Lifestyle, Pure, Sirens, Tribeca, Visionshock and Vive

Get ready to chow down on great food, learn more about Asian interest groups in the bay area, and test your Volleyball skills against other players at this year’s NAAAP-SF Annual Picnic.

Continuing our success from last year’s Summer Picnic, we will gather again for our 2010 Summer Picnic event bringing diverse APA organizations and like-minded professionals from all over the SF Bay Area for a great day of food, friends, and fun! In addition, come learn about our local Asian-American non-profit organizations at our Community Fair. Representatives from AACO (Asian Americans for Community Outreach), AADP (Asian American Donor Program), ABL-SF (Asian Business League), CAAM (Center for Asian American Media), IPA (Indonesian Professional Association), JACL (Japanese American Citizens League of San Jose), Japan Society of Northern California, KABANC (Korean American Bar Association of Northern California), Keizai Society, Kollaboration, Maitri, NYP (Nakayoshi Young Professionals) and viveSF will be on-site to answer any questions about their organizations.

In addition, we are seeking a few more volunteers to help with our efforts to make for a great event. We always appreciate all sorts of interests, talents, etc. So, please contact us and let us know how you can help. Thank you!

We are partnering up with our great friends at RAMA for mid-week happy hour featuring a special wine tasting and performance at the VinClub. Wine Wednedays will bring you a relaxed and intimate atmosphere to network and mingle. Oh yeah – there is not cover!
